Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sesh2Fresh. All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Processing Times
All orders are subject to a production (processing) period before shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the product and fulfilment provider. During busy periods, processing times may be extended.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International (Rest of World): 5–20 business days
These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delays and Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable fulfilment partners, Sesh2Fresh is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- High demand or seasonal delays
- Events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, global disruptions)
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
- We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address details
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sesh2Fresh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Split Shipments
As we work with multiple fulfilment partners, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
